• For orders of less than € 98.00 (including VAT), the delivery charge is € 5.50 (including VAT) for purchases to be shipped to mainland Italy, € 9.50 (including VAT) for purchases to be shipped to Sardinia and Sicily.
• A cash-on-delivery surcharge of 2% of the amount with a minimum of € 5.00 will be applied to cash-on-delivery shipments.
• For orders over € 98.00 that do not involve bulky parcels, shipping is free of charge.
• Normally, the order is taken over the same day it is placed and prepared for next business day shipment. In the event of a delay, the customer will be promptly contacted for updates on the status of the order.
• In general, the delivery time after the order has been shipped will be between 24 and 72 hours depending on the destination location. For deliveries to foreign countries, an additional period may be required due to the delivery time of the courier employed.
• Bulky packages will be delivered in about three to five days.
• Order processing is immediate for payments with credit cards, PayPal and cash-on-delivery.
• For payments by bank transfer in advance, the goods will be shipped as soon as notification of payment has been received from the bank.

• No liability can be attributed to Contidigropello.it in the event of non-delivery or delayed delivery by the courier.
• Upon delivery, check that the packaging is intact, undamaged or not altered.
• Contidigropello.it uses Secur Safe packaging for its deliveries. Such packaging can guarantee adequate protection of the bottles it contains.
• Should the packaging be damaged or altered, this must be reported immediately by placing a written control reservation on the courier's proof of delivery. E.g.: damaged parcel at sight - collection subject to inspection.
• Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer may no longer object to the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
• Any problems with the physical integrity, completeness or matching of the products received must be promptly reported to Contidigropello.it for the warranty conditions to be activated. In the event that Contidigropello.it is unable to deliver the products ordered due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the goods ordered, timely notice will be given by e-mail or by contacting the purchaser by telephone. The purchaser will then be reimbursed as soon as possible within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order cancellation. Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the selected product; Contidigropello.it undertakes to respect a period of no more than 12 working days as delivery time, except in cases of force majeure beyond our control.

Contidigropello.it offers the possibility of choosing how to pay for the purchases with different solutions:

Cash-on-delivery:
payment ONLY in cash to the forwarding agent, cheques are not accepted. 
The customer is requested to make sure to pay with the exact amount, as the courier is not allowed to make change for deliveries.  
Payment by cash-on-delivery requires an additional contribution of 2% of the amount with a minimum of € 5.00.
Please note that, according to current regulations, it will not be possible to request cash on delivery for amounts exceeding € 999.00.

Payment will be verified and processed as soon as notification is received, usually within 24 hours.

By selecting the PayPal payment, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal site page where he/she must enter his/her email address and password or use one of the supported credit cards.
The Customer's financial data will not be shared with Contidigropello.it but will be handled directly by PayPal. If the order is cancelled or not accepted by Contidigropello.it, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account. Contidigropello.it shall not be liable for delays and/or damages caused during the reimbursement process.

Payment by bank transfer in advance:
in the case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will only be processed once we have received confirmation of the bank transfer.
Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily state the order number, order date and the customer's first and last name. The availability of products is only to be assessed once they have been credited.

Payment by credit cards of the VISA - MASTERCARD circuits is possible by selecting this option in the website shop www.contidigropello.it.
If this payment method is used, the information (credit card number, expiry date, security code and other personal data) will be handled directly by the Bank in charge of the payment transaction (Nexi or other Credit Institutions affiliated with us) via an encrypted protocol in order to guarantee maximum security. Contidigropello.it or other parties will never have access to it.
Every payment made by credit card is verified through a security system guaranteeing the cardholder, which is operated independently by Nexi.
We guarantee the availability of our Customer Care for any need or clarification regarding a transaction.
Following confirmation of the execution of payment, the selected products will be dispatched within the terms indicated on these pages. Since 23 March 2002, the products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty, i.e., warranty for conformity defects, according to Legislative Decree no. 2 February 2004, no. 24. The legal guarantee or warranty for lack of conformity, or defects or lack of promised qualities, concerns a problem that the good has presented since its origin, such as a processor that does not reach the frequency indicated by the seller. The consumer may in this case claim a conformity defect warranty valid for two years from the date of purchase under the new law. The legal guarantee therefore applies in cases where the contract has, strictly speaking, not been fulfilled, because a good has been delivered that is different from what was intended or in any case not capable of performing the agreed performance.

According to Art. 132 of the Consumer Code, the legal warranty is valid for two years from delivery of the goods but must be asserted by the consumer within 60 days of discovery of the defect.

• All prices shown in the website's showcases, in the product data sheets and during the purchasing process are in Euro. In the event of a price discrepancy being detected after the purchase order has been placed, the Customer may give notice thereof by telephone or e-mail and withdraw, without penalty, from the purchase commitment entered into. The Customer may purchase the products in the electronic catalogue of Contidigropello.it when placing an order. The pictures and technical data accompanying each product data sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of its characteristics, but may show differences in weight, colour, etc.
• Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Contidigropello.it by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will reproduce all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify their correctness and to promptly notify corrections, if any.
• The contract concluded between the Customer and Contidigropello.it shall be deemed concluded only after Contidigropello.it has sent the contractual acceptance e-mail .
• By placing an order on the Contidigropello.it website, the Customer declares that he/she has read the terms and conditions of sale, the payment methods proposed and the entire purchasing procedure. The legislation expressly referred to for distance contracts is Section II of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005. The contract will be concluded directly through access by the consumer/purchaser to the website at www.contidigropello.it, where, following the indicated procedures, he/she will be able to formulate the proposal for the purchase of the products.
• The presentation of goods in the aforementioned online shop does not constitute a binding offer by Contidigropello.it for the conclusion of a contract of sale.
• Contidigropello.it may reject an offer by the customer without stating reasons, particularly if there is a suspicion of professional resale of the goods by the customer.
• The order form will be stored in the database of Contidigropello.it for the time necessary for its execution and, in any case, within the terms of the law. The user will be able to access the order form and/or related data via his/her personal account.

• Contidigropello.it is exempt from issuing tax receipts for individual transactions. Regular invoices will be issued to requesting companies.
• The invoice is issued at the same time as the order is processed and normally accompanies the goods in the envelope on the packaging. The invoice shall be issued on the basis of the information provided by the customer during the purchase procedure. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data on the invoice. Amounts will be shown on the invoice in Euro only.

• Sales of products via the Internet are governed by the Consumer Code - Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 transposing Directive 2011/83/EU - which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. made away from business premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to be reimbursed for the cost incurred.
• Contracts for the supply of goods or the provision of services for which the total consideration to be paid by the consumer does not exceed the amount of Euro 50.00, inclusive of taxes and net of delivery charges, are also excluded from the application of this section.
• Contidigropello.it guarantees the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), so it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity, if any.
• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send (without giving reasons), within 14 days of receipt of the goods, an e-mail to info@contidigropello.it or by registered letter stating your wish to withdraw from the contract.
• All payments made to Contidigropello.it including delivery costs (with the exception of optional costs such as telephone appointment and delivery to the floor), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day of the communication to withdraw from the contract and only once the goods have been returned to the sender having passed the integrity check. Such refunds shall be made using the same payment method as was used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no costs shall be charged as a consequence of such a refund. Contidigropello.it, in accordance with Article 5 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999, informs that the only costs required of the customer are those of returning the product.   In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

• The Customer shall return the goods or deliver them to Contidigropello.it without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which he/she communicated his/her withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the customer returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
• The direct costs of returning goods will be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from their handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please note that under no circumstances Contidigropello.it will accept return shipments.
• If the Customer withdraws from this contract, all payments he has made to Contidigropello.it, including delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which Contidigropello.it is informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.
• Therefore, it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details (IBAN) on which to obtain reimbursement.
• ATTENTION: It is recommended to use a courier or other suitable method to allow traceability of the shipment. It is understood that Contidigropello.it will not proceed with the reimbursement of the returned goods if it does not receive the relevant delivery. Insure the shipment against theft and transport damage and bear the relevant costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Contidigropello.it reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred by deducting it from the amount to be refunded.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in respect of:
a) service contracts after the full performance of the service if the performance has begun with the express agreement of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full performance of the contract by Contidigropello.it;
b) the supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market that Contidigropello.it is unable to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
c) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly customised;
d) the supply of goods that are at risk of deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
e) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
f) the supply of goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods;
g) the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after thirty days and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market that cannot be controlled by Contidigropello.it;
h) unless otherwise indicated on the packaging, materials subject to wear and tear due to use or depletion are always excluded from the Warranty, and more specifically: rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries, spices, essences and in any case any component subject to natural wear and tear due to use or evaporation.
